So, miss Emma made her appearance on November 17, 2008. She came four weeks early. She arrived 4 hours before my 36 week appointment. After 6.5 hours of labor, she made her debut at 5:30 am, weighing 6lbs and measuring 19 inches. She is a beautiful baby, and I am so in love. I never knew I could love something so much.
Emma had some breathing problems when she first came out, and was on a CPAP machine for less than 24 hours. After that, she was doing great, except for a bit of jaundice, so I came home last wednesday and she was in the hospital until saturday. That was the hardest 2 days of my and Cori's life, but we made it through and have been loving being parents!
